Delete account

Deleting your account removes, straight away:

Your profile, sign-in and profile photo
Your reports, private photos, comments and safety notes
Your claims, chats and chat photos
Your communities, posts and messages
Your points and rewards
Everything this browser keeps for Pinglo

Your chats are deleted for the other person too. They may still see your messages until their app next refreshes. Safety reports are kept for up to 24 months, with your name and account ID removed.

This can’t be undone. Your account is deleted on the iPhone app too.

You signed in with Apple. To remove Pinglo from your Apple ID as well, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Sign in with Apple.
